Proton bakal memuktamadkan usahasama bersama syarikat luar!!!

Sementara menanti penjelasan dari pihak Proton mengenai isu yang dibangkitkan dalam post yang sebelum ni, berita yang pasti akan membuatkan kita ternanti siapa bakal mengadakan usahasama dengan Proton bakal terungkai tak lama lagi. Proton akan memuktamadkannya bulan depan. Nampaknya Proton bakal gantikan Perdana dengan Nissan FUGA & kemungkinan besar EMAS akan dibuat secara usahasama dengan Nissan.

KUALA LUMPUR: Proton Holdings Bhd said it is finalising a collaboration next month with a foreign car maker, which is expected to bring up to RM800 million of investment into the country.

Managing director Datuk Seri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir said the tie-up involves using the partner’s transmission for Proton’s new engine. The powertrain of a car consists of many components, including the engine, transmission, driveshaft and any of the internal workings of the engine. He did not reveal the name of the foreign car maker.

“We are finalising the collaboration and it should be completed next month,” he told Business Times.Back in March this year, Proton sealed a preliminary pact with Japan’s Nissan Motor Co Ltd to form a strategic alliance. The pact is unlikely to involve any equity purchases.

Both entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to pave way for feasibility studies on specific areas of collaboration which included the potential use of Nissan’s platform and powertrain. The MOU was supposed to end on April 30 this year but both have yet to announce weather the agreement has been extended or terminated.

Auto analysts said the tie-up between Proton and Nissan will fast-track the former’s production of its EMAS global compact car and break grounds in the domestic and export markets.They suggested that two immediate products Proton will get from the potential alliance will include Nissan Fuga. It will be used as a replacement for its ageing Perdana sedan.

    • rasanya replacement perdana yg lebih sesuai ialah renault-samsung sm7, bukan nissan fuga sebab design language dia lebih sesuai dengan proton..tapi taktau la kot2 pak menteri dah berkenan dengan nissan fuga…


    • kalau deals on, Mesti P1 dapat FL kan Fuga nampak mcm proton. Kalau x pun leh mintak tolong P2, kang deorg nh teror dlm merebadge2..


      • kalau buat elok major facelift, design itu bole bertahan smpai 6-8thn sekurang2nya which selepas itu just buat minor facelift (tukar bumper, tambah front lips, tukar grill skit) tuk selang 2thn or 3thn. plus ia mmg akan jadi kereta VIP utk gov so tiada masalah dlm penjualan yg bole di ambil kira maybe seribu buah unit sebulan? jikalau proton berjaya pasarkan secara global dgn elok dan dpt buat turn over dlm masa 5thn sekurang2nya ia pasti akan menjadi salah sebuah produk berjaya.

        yup yg versi samsung sm7 itu lagi proper untuk proton dan sbnrnya lagi kacak dari fuga huhu…rasanya proton akan present dua buah versi pada kabinet dan undi yang mana lagi proper 😛


  • harap fugadana(fuga+perdana) jgn setakat tukar bumper….buat styling besar besaran depan & belakang…kalau dalaman nak guna fuga ok sbb mmg cun dah….


    • major facelift includes the changing of front and rear light design, side skirting addon, front n rear bumper design, interior garnish and surfacing, door panel design and also the front hood or front side fenders. that is a major facelift and while a minor facelift just usually includes the changing of front and rear bumper design only or just some skirting and lips.


      • and a total re-skin of a car is changing the design of all stamping parts such as the exterior door profile, a change with the pillars placement maybe and sometime tweaking the platform too.

    • saga fl cvt rasenye 3 bulan ke atas lagi kot..dan SE pula lambat lagi..maybe comes with additional facelfit sedikit kot..awal tahun depan kot :3


      • tp kawan saya tengok production line, dia cakap bulan 7 atau 8 proton akan start produce saga cvt and bulan 9 Saga fl 1.6 at sekarang akan berhenti and selepas ni baru start produce saga fl se 1.6 cvt


  • off topic, isu yg psl savvy tuh mgkin mainan org coz prtn bkl kuarkan kete br n enjin br. Mgkin ada yg panas buntut dgn kbangkitan proton,sy rasalah. Psl mou tuh,hrp p1 finalised cpt ckit coz nanti byk trlepas. Hrp2 p1 cpt settlekan kes savvy,klu slh paper tuh,saman ajer.


      • saga kan ada 1.3 plus buat ape engine lagi kecik dari itu sedangkan focus proton adalah lebih kepada sedan dan hatchback..bukannye k-kar or supermini yg mcm perodua buat.. tau guna internet tapi tatau ape nak cari… huh…


    • engko keje nk pakai tibai je,,,ko igt engineer proton cikai2 ke..just wait for 2 or 3 years ahead..lain kali bace post2 yg lepas ade by info yg dah dileak oleh org2 dlm..

    40 model (kia dan hyundai) dapat di hasikan drpd 6 platform, ini lah yang kita mahukan untuk proton. semoga pakatan baru ini lebih menambah nilai dan mematangkan lagi rekabentuk dan engineering proton 🙂

      • seeloknya ada engine base 1.0, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0, 2.2 then additional power supplement yg mcm CPS/turbo/supercharge provide yg tambah dlm 25hp more pada asas hp setiap cubic engine tersebut. dari situ baru lah dapat create all model segment tak kira dari segment A hinggalah E.

        contohnya mcm yg ada skrg sperti saga 1.3, saga 1.6 dan katakanlah untuk versi sukan or performance letak lah cps 1.6, dan begitulah seterusnya untuk model2 lain..barulah ada variasi yang banyak sebagai pilihan tepat utk setiap lapisan pengguna. idea asas campro itu mmg bagus cuma itulah kekurangan modal utk di kembangkan mjadi pelbagai CC lagi kot…


      • tu la, harap enjin family y ni nanti berada dilandasan yg tepat seiring dengan platform yg ada, tak silap sekarang proton ada 3 platform, platform savvy/saga, exora & neo, dulu ada 5, tapi dah kurangkan 2… 🙂
