Saya baru saja lalu tepi test track Proton,tapi tak nampak apa2 sebab ‘kebal’ sangat.

Comapny Jepun nak guna Satria NEO untuk racing series diorang di Jepun!!
Dato’ Syed Zainal Abidin also revealed that a CUSCO, a Japanese specialist tuning company, will be developing the Satria Neo into a Group N competition car. The company will undertake homologation of the car in Japan and has ordered a number of units to prepare as Group N cars for sale. Unlike the S2000 regulations which permit a large degree of modification from the original model, Group N regulations are very limited in scope to improve the car’s performance. It is almost stock standard – like the cars the public buy from the showroom – so it can be used for competition on the weekend and (if it doesn’t break) still transport the owner to work on Monday.
An R3 member noted that CUSCO’s decision to use the Satria Neo is significant; after all, the Japanese tuner would have many choices from Japanese brands but has chosen Proton.
