Proton di perarakan Hari Merdeka & Malaysia 2011

Ini merupakan sebahagian daripada gambar yang telah diambil oleh sahabat kita bro Muhamad Afiq Hamizan Norizan  aka Prodas yang telah berada di sekitar Dataran Merdeka pagi tadi. Bersemangat betul sahabat kita ni rupanya, memang berjiwa merdeka & 1 Malaysia. Nampaknya kesemua 5 pahlawan tu ada termasuk EMAS, Saga EV & Exora REEV telah menyertai perarakan. Bila tengok balik nampak EMAS yang paling menonjol & menarik rekaannya. Terima kasih kepada Muhamad Afiq Hamizan Norizan  aka Prodas kerana sudi berkongsi gambar ini dengan kita semua.

* Bro Prodas cakap dia dah tak sempat nak update blog, mungkin dia sibuk agaknya sekarang  🙂

  • salam,wah hebat betul perarakan nih. Em,mmg agak lambat,tp sharelah personal review saga flx br2 ni bersama bro camp.
    Masa fl launch,xberapa minat nk test coz menda yg sama,cume kosmetik berubh,tp flx ni menarik minat saya coz byk perubahan mekanikal.
    Mula2 masuk kete,mcm biasa,mengambil posisi driving yg saya suka,meletakkan pergelangan tangan atas stering utk mengukur posisi yg paling optimum n seat didirikan tegak.
    Mgkin sebab dh biasa bwk savvy,xdalah janggal sgt,tp bg mereka yg xbiasa,mgkin ambil masa coz seat yg agak tinggi kalu nk bandingkan kete lain mcm wira@vios.
    Masa mulakan pemanduan,saya agak terkejut coz tiada throttle lag yg dirasakan,xsama mcm waja n savvy saya,mahupun blm ayah saya. Kuasa mula dirasai dari serendah 2k rpm n xda rasa ada rubber band effect mcm inspira yg saya drive aritu,so,betullah kata hazeri.
    Bawa dlm bandar,dgn putaran engine 1.8k,mmg cukup selesa. Yg paling mengejutkan,hanya dengan sedikit tekanan pada pedal minyak,rpm melompat ke 3k n terasa mcm ada lonjakan kehadapan ketika memintas. So,berita baik coz xperlu utk memaksa enjin bekerja keras utk memotong.
    Tukar kepada mode sat. Mungkin ada yg ckp agak lazy,tp coz dah biasa bwk waja saya,saya perasan kete proton generasi baru ni,meter rpm dia bila gear bertukar,meter rpmnya turun dgn lambat sebelum naik semula. Berbanding dgn kete jepun yg saya penah bwk,meter rpm kete jepun akan turun secara mendadak slepas gear bertukar. Tapi yang penah bawak ford focus,lebih kurang samalah pergerakan meter dia. So,bg saya ok jer. Mgkin org lain ada pndangan berbeza.
    Naik bukit n turun bukit menggunakan cvt n sat mode,lebih kurang sama ajer,tp dlm cvt mode, saya hanya menekan 2k rpm jer n maintain,tp mgkin coz ada hill sensor,rpm tetiba melonjak kepada 2.5k walupun tiada perubahan tekanan pada pedal minyak. Tp bila jln kembali rata,rpm kembali ke 2k.
    Cuba merasai perbezaan memintas kereta dgn sat mode n cvt,memang agak berbeza,dlm cvt mode,xperlu pedal to metal untuk memastikan gear bertukar ke gear ratio yg paling rendah utk dapatkan kuasa berbanding ngan mode cvt,so amat relaks sekali memintas dgn cvt mode berbanding sat mode.
    Saya menggunakan sat mode utk buat perbandingan dgn saga blm 4at ayah saya n juga menilai perbezaan iafm ngan iafm+. Ternyata tidak menghampakan,walupun dlm sat mode,kuasa mula dirasai dari serendah 2k rpm,manakal utk 4at lama, di rpm 3k,baru kuasa dirasai. Cume dlm sat mode,pertukaran gear 1 ke gear 2,dirasai,tp yg seterusnya mmg lancar,hanya kedengaran bunyi deruan enjin menandakan pertukaran gear.
    Cume agak janggal adalah bunyi enjin dlm cvt mode sepenuhnya coz dh biasa ngan 4at dan 5mt dimana bunyi engine akan berubah dari perlahan ke kuat bila rpm naik,dgn cvt,bunyi enjin agak sekata sehinggalah kita tekan pedal to metal.
    Suspensi juga terasa agak berbeza dgn olengan yang kurang bila mengambil selekoh n agak keras,terasa seperti membawa waja saya,bukan saga. Sangat berbeza dgn saga blm yg lebih lembut mcm savvy.
    Saya perasan yg steeringnya agak berat berbanding saga blm n savvy,tp bukanlah terlalu berat coz masih lagi stering berkuasa hidrolik.
    Saya amat bersetuju dgn bro awak,enjin saga flx 1.3 amatlah berbeza dgn enjin proton yg lain termasuk cps walupun bermain dgn cps pada rpm tinggi amat seronok.
    Kuasa 1.3 iafm+n cvt terasa seperti saga diberikan enjin baru,mcm enjin 1.5,so,xslah kata informer saya,mmg akan terasa seperti enjin lain yg cc yg lebih besar.kuasanya lebih sekata dari rpm 2k hinggalah 5.5k.
    Utk manual,xdpt nak komen coz xda kete utk diuji.
    Walupun flx cvt ini tidak sepantas myvi lg power lg best dlm kertas,tp bg saya sudah memadai utk mengatasi prestasi myvi lg best 1.3 walupun perbandingan kurang adil.
    Dr segi prestasi dan pemanduan atas jalan,bukan atas kertas, prestasinya hampir sama dgn margin yg kecil (bukan sama)dengan vios kakak saya cume pemanduannya memang lebih mantap mengatasi vios dgn margin yg agak besar.
    Rasa nak jual waja amik flx,tp tggu dl coz waja dh abis bayo,ingat nk angkat mpv,tp lambat lg,tggu tambah anak n rezeki. Target exora r 2015 nanti.

    • saya pun dah testdrive saga flx cvt ni. mmg rase pickup die brbeza. bile nk memotong pun senang, tekan kuat cket throttle tu terus rpm naik n bdesup kete laju.

      lg satu pmandangan yg ckup pelik tp menarik sy tgk mase bwk flx ni, klau kete lain mase mule2 drive rpm akan semakin naik, tp kat flx rpm die makin menurun smpai la ke tahap optimum dgn kelajuan.

      yg manual sy x de peluang nk try lg..tp insya Allah mggu depan kot. hehe. anyway dai jumaat sampai ahad ni ada karnival 1Malaysia Proton Edar kan. so bleh la singgah2 kat mane2 showroom n leh testdrive sekali.


  • ops terlupa plak. Pada lantai pedal minyak,mcm ada stopper aje,waja n blm,xda plak. Bila pedal to metal,mcm tekan xabis je. Mgkin utk jaga xbagi overrev kot,nk jaga cvt.


  • itu cume pandangan peribadi saya saja,tp mungkin org lain yg dah pandu uji,mgkin ada pandangan berbeza. Saya bernasib bail,jalan ujian lebih 10km dan ada selekoh2 tajam,jalan xrata,jalan lurus,jalan henti2 lampu trafik n jalan bukit naik telok chempedak.


    • bro mat that’s why i said flx is a new generation proton. its totally a new car inside. FLX really gives a new feeling and experience. its no longer a regular proton.
      now we are experiencing just a 1.3 iafm plus cvt. we are overwhelming with with its smoothness and capability and i would say its at par with other renown makes.

      imagine the impression of driving the 1.6 cfe cvt next i expect we will be smiling even more.

      actually proton do nothing to convince people. and at the same time people are ignorance. . but the product now speak for itself. anyone who tested or so happened they bought it. they know that this is a good car,

      i think proton is in silent mode and let the public decide,

      consumer report is more genuine than product promotion.


      • hehe klu restoran atau gerai ramai betul org yg berkerumun makan kat situ mmg sure sedap ah..proton pun satu gak kenapa tak promote cam bg testimoni ke …tp ye la kan nk publish testimoni kang kena byr pulak kat org tu…tu la nak wat mcm what they said about proton bubuh kat website proton. atau dah ada kot? takpun utk review camni tak bole ke wat satu ruang baru…klu panjang camni krg sesuai plak kat bhgn komen baik letak jd satu topik je..then ble diskas terpulang la kat tuan tanah huhu

        en mat tukar ke mpv….hehe 2015 tu rasanya teknologi ev/reev dah ramai pakai tu….ntah2 masa tu mmg ramai yg prefer pakai teknologi bersih alam dr petrol sbb bersih dan jimat poket, baru la poket lambat jd ringan…jd bole la kata teknologi yg mesra alam dan mesra poket hehe

        i sometimes act like a salesman, giving technical input to people, but people just don’t get it, quite a frustration. its due to their basic knowledge. that’s why..
        to convince people is a tough job

        so i leave it to proton to come up with ideas at a lay man level kind of explanation. tv ad or what ever.

        proton can run a competition of a short sketch video of how saga FLX save my pocket with genuine honest no script piece of candid presentation.


  • mmm… EMAS menyerlah dgn warna biru fairus tu:) Dah nampak mcm Dark Vader yg baik plak. hehehe…. Tuah plak nampak anggun bila berada di outdoor.

  • pagi tadi nampak lotus europa on the road. xtau sama ada testing car atau road car biase. tp kerete tu rare nk jumpe kat malaysia sebab model tu dh xde. Warna merah. sape2 leh confirm kan? huhu


  • yes bro awak,im eager to drive flx 1.6. my insider told me b4 that iafm + tune differently where the objevtive is to achieve 90 percent of its torque available@accessible from 2k rpm oppose to cps at 3k. Widen up torque band through out rev range, more linear power from low up to high rpm. For 1.5,they are benchmarking 1.5 engine while 1.6 is 1.8 engine n 1.6 turbo with 2.0 engine. He asked me to test drive first n dont take his word blindly b4 test drive it.
    I asked him why benchmark with higher capacity engine, he mentined since exora n up coming persona r are heavy. He also mentioned that persona 3 weight is around 1.3k ++,so,since prtn still make manual variant,so this is important.
    Saga in ausie will be equip with many safety gadjet due to regulations will increase its weigh,so in order to give out competitive price as previous one,new 1.3 shud be nearly powerful as s16 coz it is not viable to offer new s16 with safety equip upgrade within the same price as b4.
    Why not just use cps?
    Cps is euro step 3/4 engine. Average it is under euro step 3. Tune cps to euro step 5 will hamper its performance so it is useless.
    So using iafm based engine is more cost efficient.
    He mentioned prtn pwrtrain dpt work really hard hand in hand with lotus pwrtrain dpt,bosch n cnti ag to improve iafm based engine. Thats why it takes 2 years long even to improve existing engine. They also aware that p1 need new pwrtrain to meet euro step 6 in 2014.
    I believe that thats why need really need to jv with mitsu to be more cost efficient.
    Based on flx test drive earlier,i believe his word n i believe we can have a better p1 car in all aspect in the future. Salam.

    this will eats up civics including the lotus racing r3 itself. hmmmm,
    sometimes i dont understand whats with proton.

    driving satria neo is rewarding except the steering too far reach for a comfortable leg stretch. but its a superb at fast corner.

    not sure the persona r hatch look like but proton can reveal the design for public review and comment, fair for proton fair us. public design sports car.

    thats from me. expecting for a satria neo cfe or SC but now its all down to a drain.
