Laporan tahunan Proton 2011 telah pun keluar. Nampaknya banyak info menarik boleh didapati dalamnya sebagai contoh :

“In November 2011, the new Exora Turbo will be produced. The new engine that is being developed by both PROTON and Lotus Engineers, comes with a powerful 138bhp to a maximum of 151bhp. The exterior will also be improved with sport rims, smoke lenses, rear combi lamp, chrome front radiator grille with black ribs and deep titanium finishing lamp. The stylish body kit, sporty alloy rims and the new interior look of tempest gray are designed to attract younger drivers who appreciate aesthetic touches.” – Info mengenai Exora Turbo & enjin CFE.

“Our Global Small Car programme is also progressing according to schedule and barring any unforeseen
circumstances, 2013 will be another defining year for PROTON as we venture further into the global arena. Based on the EMAS (Eco-Mobility Advanced Solution), the Global Small Car promises to be an exciting product proposition not only for PROTON but for Lotus as well, and this would be the first time such
an arrangement is entered into by both companies.” – Info mengenai EMAS (kereta kecil global Proton).

“Lastly, we will introduce our first locally produced global car to be manufactured at the Tanjung Malim plant. The new car is now being tested for production optimisation and production is expected to commence by early February 2012. The new car will not only possess the latest trend in looks and style but it also comes with several new technology features and enhancements.” – Info mengenai Persona R.

“For example, 14 parts of the body in white are composed of a very hard metal derived through a process called Hot Press Forming (HPF). This new high technology process is a first in Malaysia and South East Asia. With this process, the parts can withstand a force of 1,500 mega Pascal. Hence with the addition of these parts, it is possible for PROTON to have a five star ncap rating car. Another new production technology is the rolled hemming process. By this process each area can be finely tuned to give optimum pressure and hence higher quality. These production technologies are a cost reduced investment and are expected in the future, to reap benefits for PROTON and decrease costs further.” – Info mengenai Hot Press Forming (HPF).

“For the next fiscal year, the production of Gen.2, Savvy and Satria Neo will cease. This is to make way
for the production of our new first global car, the replacement for the Persona. Although the current
Persona model still commands a respectable volume, the company has formulated new replacement models
as a refreshed effort not only to improve product but also as a means to increase the capabilities of
our people.” – Gen.2, Savvy & Satria Neo bakal ditamatkan pengeluaran tahun depan, mungkin Persona R hatchback akan gantikannya.

    harap persona r ni ada engine cover, baru la nampak european..jangan ikut style jepun, togel je… interior dia biarlah ada aksesori upmarket macam aluminium pedal & scuff plate (kalau boleh illuminated), steering & gearknob salut kulit, soft touch plastic dashboard, electrochromic mirror dengan reverse camera view & lain2 la..baru la global habis..kalau macam kereta Proton sekarang local spec je la..


    • Lepas zaman wira dan waja, rasanya susah proton nak bagi “soft touch plastic dashboard”. tak tau kenapa. mungkin nak cut cost. pengeluar kereta lain pun sama. smua dok pakat bg “hard plastic” baik kt dashboard atau di pintu. Kalau kereta 100k ke atas agaknya baru merasa soft touch kot. Agak2 range harga kereta ni berapa?>RM70K?


      • Kereta yang 100K keatas yang bro kata guna soft plastic tu sebenarnya takde murah jer kalo tak kerana cukai. So Proton takde alasan untuk tak pakai soft plastic tu kali ni. Itupun kalo diorang nak bagi nampak lebih baik la kan.

        Kalo betul yang paling mahal 68K, aku akan beli yang level tengah2 jer kot. Sebab nak pakai tak lama, pasal nak tunggu yang enjin baru punya baru nak beli yang top of the line. Enjin sekarang ni dah dekat2 hujung nyawa dah. Tapi aku puji la kalo boleh dapat 5 star Euro NCAP (Dan ada option tok rakyat dapat yang sama cam Euro NCAP uji tu). Sebab sebelum2 ni versi Euro tak sama ngan sini kan?


      • Proton xde alasan utk tak pakai soft touch plastic dashboard. Peugeot 308 vti yg harganya sub RM100k pun pakai soft touch. Forte yg lagi murah pun soft touch.

        Forte dan 308 seperti yg kita maklum adalah kereta global. Jadi Persona R?

        Betul tu bro fridzmax. Global menatang aper kalo pakai interior plastic keras cam Saga. Proton takde alasan sebab kereta lain yang sama kelas ada jer pakai.

    model persona, gen2, savvy dgn satria neo semua akan stop production tahun depan,
    maknanya persona r akan dibuat di tanjung malim sbb tu model yg tadi kena stop production

    harap harap model persona r akan ada model standard executive dgn premium (budget rm 50k-60k) standard 2 airbags dgn led daylight


  • Satria Neo cease, model baru Satria Neo in pipeline? Menarik ni. Cerita nak pindah plant + operation Shah Alam ke Tg. malim takde pulak ya.


  • BTW, kalo aku (yang buta akaun) tak silap pandang, gaji plus lain2 yang DSZ dapat ialah bernilai lebih sket 1.9 Juta setahun. Syabas kepada anak melayu.


    • Engine Campro mmc blok lama tapi cfe gune system baru..Kirablok je yg lama.
      Family Y engine akan launch start tahu end 2013-2014. Gune blok ape ntah. Dah lupe.
      Tapi akan ada 1.2, – 2.0 dan ada GDI.

        Kalo posting yang dah lama sangat rasanya itu yang semua orang dah tau. Maksud gua yang bro dengar2 kebelakangan ni dari sumber2 dalaman.

        Tapi yg saya tahu, bro campro and bro chor ada insider. Cume mungkin insider dah x d maklumat kot. Pasal banyak bende yg dah kene PNC.
        Kalau yg tahu banyak pun setakat nh theking jer kot. Tapi buat masa sekarang nh die senyap jer.. Buzy kerja kot..

    rasa mcmnk layan mpv exora turbo dulu, pastu baru layan kereta balik huhu
    masa tu sure dah byk kereta hybrid dan ev


      • rasanya soft turbo tu, takde lak citer pasal berapa torque (nm) enjin cfe tu, kalau ikut spec asal 205nm kalau 200nm pun dh best dah , kat 2,000 – 4,000 rpm, rendah tu, sure berdesup dr idle position (berhenti)

        pastu pair lak dgn gear cvt 6/7 speed, smooth dan mmg best la huhu

        Prince nyer engine yang dah banyak tahun tu camne ek spec dia kalo banding ngan versi turbo kita yang baru keluar ni?

        Personally aku prefer amek Persona R yang biasa2 jer. Dah keluar enjin Family Y nanti baru tengok camne sama ada nak amek yang top of the line atau tidak. Tu pun kena tengok gak safety rating kete ni gak.


  • Saya harap pengganti model satria neo bukanlah persona r hatchback kerana segmen mereka yang berbeza.(s neo segmen b, prhb segmen c).

    Cadangan saya untuk neo baru,cuma gunakan platform sedia ada dengan dibuat dengan teknologi pembuatan proton yang terkini serta menyediakan model 5 pintu untuk melariskan jualan.


    • Yang paling tak tahan sekali wiper terjojol dia. Part lain Satria tu kira boleh tahan la. Tapi 5 pintu memang penting kalo Proton ada niat nak tingkatkan volume jualan.


  • 3 models (Gen.2, Savvy, Satria Neo) will be ceased for Persona Replacement Model? It’s ok, since these 3 models already been in the market for more than 5 years. Hopefully, Proton will replaces its Satria Neo with more slicker and more bold looking model. Since we have rally using Satria Neo, I think Proton should come out with the 3rd generation. I really hope to hear good news. If Proton promise Satria Neo replacement, sure I will skip Persona R and get Satria Neo.

    • Kete biasa2 jer, Jepun ada 1, Perodua 3.
      Yang Perodua tu walaupun dia takde la tersorok sangat, tapi a lot better banding ngan Persona nyer wiper.

      Dan bak kata orang tua2, kalo nak bertukar, mesti la kita nak bertukar kepada yang lebih baik dari yang kita ada sekarang, tak gitu? Buat masa sekarang, Bercadang nak tolak 2 Perodua kalo jadi amek Persona R.

      Agak2 itu kira walk the talk tak?
      Bro plak macam mana? Boleh tau pakai kereta apa? Ni mesti pakai kereta mahal2 ni kan? Macam gua tak mampu la nak beli yang mahal2 sangat tu.

  • sy setuju neo buat 5 pintu, bagi saya neo adalah kereta proton tercantik. rugi kalau proton tak cuba buat neo 5 pintu. jimat RND.
